Which fellow hunting enthusiasts are sporting the Anschutz hunting line? Just sold my .223 to replace with the new 308 with the thumbhole stock. Not a cheap endeavor but, what the heck you only live once, and to be honest its nice to have a very nice, uncommon piece to hand down to the youngsters at some point. Has anyone else shot the 17xx series Anni rifles? They truly are master pieces, and accurate as one would expect from Anschutz.

What dealers in Canada are carrying the new Anschutz hunting rifles? I'd like to have a look at one.

Pardon my ignorance, how much are the Annie centerfires, and how would they stack up to say, the Sako 85 series? Do the Anschutz blow the Sako's outta the water or are they pretty even?

I am living in Bavaria at the moment and many people have Anschutz. If you can find one back home without breaking the bank get it. They are very well built and have amazng accuracy.

As for calibers, anyone you wish, they will make.

I have still been unable to locate an Anschutz 1780 in Canada, if anyone knows where I could find one could you please let me know?

My 1533 in .222. with EAW pivot mounts

Needs a new magazine and front sight hood.

If you are interested in anshcutz rifles give Peter a call at north silva. North Silva is a wholesale operation that does not sell direct to customers so be sure to tell them up front you are looking for an anschutz rifle and they will put you onto peter. If just say you are looking for a new firearm they will ask if you are a dealer and if the answer is no they will tell you that they wont do business with individuals.

I orderd a new Anschutz 1712 with a custom grade stock a couple of months ago. I can't wait to get it.
