Why non folding? Is it overall length that is a concern? Any 25/30 round mags available? Thx

if u attach a muzzle device, it meets over all length requirments and u can unpin the stock to fold. similar situation happened with troy PAR

Except that the barrel,isn't threaded on the Anschutz.
So ya, I believe it's all about overall length requirement.
But I wouldn't worry, it's a short gun especially with the stock collapsed.
I always shoot mine with the stock fully extended.
 
The back stock, grip, trigger group housing and magazine are made of polymer.
The side plates are powder coated metal.

Becarefull here as the legal starting point for measuring a barrel or for overall gun length begins at the barrel face where the bullet exits and any accessories that attach to the front end of the barrel do not count as additional length—-Dieseldog!
