Neither could I when I seen it listed on Ellwood Epps a few days ago. You could always ask him for a pic. The only refererence I found to "Anschutz 2000" was on this web sight which seems to indicate a series of models.

Notes: These target rifles use a new integrated barrel and action assembly. This makes for a more solid rifle, and also allows for a floating barrel. The Model 2007 comes in three butt lengths and is the base rifle; the Model 2007/660 has a 26-inch barrel. The Model 2012 Sport Rifle has a riser block in front of the trigger guard to make a more solid palm rest and provide more weight, and a thumbhole stock, as well as an adjustable cheekpiece. The Model 2013 Super Match is identical to the 2012, but has additional counterweight tracks and a stick adjustable in the butt, cheekpiece, and cant. The Model 2013/690 has an astounding 27.15-inch barrel."
