Yeah there are actually getting to be quite a few through-out the Appalachian Mountains and eastern USA and Canada, watch their news once in a while more than a few stories of problem bears breaking into restaurants and houses and such.

If you want REALLY good read, pick up the book "The Politically Incorrect Guide to Hunting" by Frank Miniter. I really do wish anti-hunting people would listen to reason, and if you are speaking to someone who isn't completely ignorant, and willing to listen to reason and fact instead of stupid sentiments this book can load you up with some really persuasive information about the benefits of hunting, past and present.
