Anti-tilt follower to rehab old CZ-75 magazines?

After many years of flawless service, my collection of old CZ-75 magazines (circa 1995) have started having serious feeding problems. It was pointed out to me that it was likely the old style followers (in red - see below) that allowed the rounds and follower to tilt into a jammed up mess. I thought it was the gun but the problem is specific to those mags.

Does anyone sell the new style followers with the legs front and back in Canada?

I see they are sold in the U.S. by CZ Cust... but for the cost of shipping, I can buy new magazines in Canada (I may do this anyways - I have and really like running the chrome Tanfoglio mags that Freedom Venture sells) but still sentimentally attached to my old mag's (bought with my first centerfire pistol, CZ-85 Combat).

nothing wrong with those followers, get new springs and check lip gap. you shouldn't be able to have a round come up between the lips completely, it should be only able to come up less than half way
