so getting the Case info if its ok with your brother ect is gona help others that are unlucky enough to run into the wrong cop!
A lawyer can use a precident to show a Judge who then is easyer to sway if another Judge has throwin out the charges, or whatever this judge did for your brother.

As Dingus mentioned, precedent has been set in your brother's case that can really help others who may get into the same bind, but with a less understanding judge. Sometimes, even though things are legal, an overzealous LEO may decide to err on the side of his/her uninformed opinion. If one has on ones person the case number, etc., along with a letter from CFC stating antique status, that can really help.

Hey Sportee I don't know if I should mention this or not ,I don't want to stir the pot anymore than it is already but another thing to consider in native reserve land.......It's the only place in Saskatchewan where you can smoke, drink a beer and gamble away your next mortgage payment all at the same time. I'm not sure what the rules even are when it comes to reserve land and hunting (never have probably never will).
