antique pistol question

if im not mistaken that would re class it to either a restricted or prohibited class depending on barrel length ext since you are modifying it to shoot a diferent calliber witch is not on the antique status list.
but i imagine you would just have to bring it to a gunsmith and see what he can do. the chamber-cylinder alignment would probly bee a pain in the @ss to set up though
 
Think about it; a sleeve would only leave about .050" thickness on either side, that isn't enough to work. I'm sure a small chamber adapter could be made to let you fire it, if you were willing to have the .222" bullet rattling down the .32 bore.
 
It would work in the chambers of the cylinder but you would need to bore out the bore to a larger diameter, just like relining a .22 rifle.
