Left to right:
.303 MkV, Dominion Arsenal, Canada, pre 1904, they are fairly uncommon.
Another early .303, the head stamp is too hard to read in your photo. Maybe Mk VI?
Winchester .308.
Danish 6.5x55 - read more this page: https://cartridgecollector.net/cartridge/65-x-55-se/
Winchester Repeating Arms .40-65 Winchester Centre Fire - likely the express loading of the round for the 1886 Winchester.
.303 Mk. VIIz ball ammo (z denoting nitrocellulose powder rather than cordite), Dominion Arsenal, Canadian made in 1945.

Edit: They are all of collector interest, especially the early .303 and .40-65.

I've got about 5 or 6 of each, I know it's not an appraisal but what would of collector interest mean in terms of value?
Is it worth my time to find a collector?

This is the full set.
The 6.5x55 are marked 46 (4) and Norma (2)

Any problems shipping any of this?

Canada post doesn't allow live ammo to be shipped with them. the 40-65 is probably the most valuable out of the lot, not sure if they would be more than $5 a round though. I really don't have a clue on them,
