Antique status .380 Belgian Bulldog revolver???

Dose any own a Belgian Bulldog copy in .380 revolver that’s deemed an antique with RCMP letter. I’m interested in buying one and the owner also thinks it should be re-classified as above. It doesn’t have a maker on it but it does have Belgian proofs. I’m trying to find some precedence or reference as to .380 revolver being an actual antique status round.

as to finding a maker good luck most belgian made guns dont have anything other then a proof

Check out the antique database to see if any of the Belgian proofs there help you in your quest.

If it needs to go through the cfc it'll need the pre 1893 proofmark since they only act on positive proof. Also may want to dummy fit the no-go cartrdges to make sure the gun is actually 380.

Yes, I had two removed from the registry. One .380 and the other .320

Should have E L G in oval WITHOUT crown above on the cylinder. I don't think they issue FRT's if there is no maker.
