Is there anyone in Canada who can restore an old Winchester 1876 or 1873 complete with re-stamping the barrel address, and then age it back to 85% or so? There is a fellow in the US who is said to be the best, Roger Kurtz. But a friend of mine has a '76 that someone took some fine sandpaper to, and it could do with a bit of restoration and I doubt he wants to send it to the USA.
