10 gauge slugs? I would love to know what the recoil on something like that would be. Sounds like something you'd only want to pull the trigger on once.

Yup. 760 grain slug kicks like a mule. It definitely separates the boys from the men, but your animal doesn't run away wounded....ever.

Lol that's good, because I assume you'd need at least 30 minutes recovery time to even think of a "follow up shot"

Its not that bad when you know what to expect. I'm 175 pounds on a good day and can shoot 6 or 8 rounds without getting too beat up.

Heaviest kick I remember was the 2 1/4 oz federal BB plated magnums
