Where in Alberta are you?

We have the occasional 2 gun night at Phoenix Range in Edmonton on Saturdays instead of the typical IPSC league night.

Medicine Hat holds CQB fun matches throughout the year, and has at least planned for 2x 3 gun matches this year. Keep checking the Medicine Hat Rifle and Revolver Club Website for updates.

depending upon the match/stage design up to 3 firearms can be used in a single stage. One or more firearms will be staged and if your not carrying your ammo on your body, your in the poop. These are "fire & movement" stages designed by retired and currently serving military guys. If you can comfortably find a way to carry 35 rds of pistol, 40 rds of rifle and 25 rds of shotgun, you have the capability of shooting 99% of all the matches that I have run since 1990.

Just to make sure that everybody plays fair, we have a 200 second rule. If you can't show the RO any ammo on your person at the end of a stage you get a 200 second penalty! We have unfortunately had people try to cheat in the past by firing a mag down range then saying they are out of ammo, thus winning on time alone.
