After some looking, I found this: the Revolution Armory LVR20

I'm not familiar with the manufacturer. Maybe someone else can speak to quality?
I almost bought a 410 lever-action as a slug gun for deer (because I'm a recoil wimp) but after looking at the ballistics I was questioning whether it was ethical. I was going to get a bolt action, but this would be more fun. Thanks for the idea.

Saw one at my lgs some years back, a buddy bought it and enjoyed it well enough I'd forgotten all about it til now.
If you can find them on the EE Corwin had a model called the Bulwark they brought in a few years ago, has become one of my go to general walking about the woods gun for small game. It seems corwin is gone from the sponsor list, but the old thread is (for now) still active.
