Any 300 wsm h4350 180 burger EH experience in T3?

I tried H4350 in my Browning Abolt but it did not like that powder. Was using RL17 with 180 grain accubond but have since switched to 200 grain bullets.

The higher BC bullets tend to be picky about COL/distance to lands. If you can’t vary that to get closer, cut your losses and switch bullets.
Theres picky barrels and finicky bullets; but no magic powders to fix it.

If you are planning to hunt that rifle, the first thing I would do, is ditch those Bergers. But it's your choice, of course.
You may want to switch powders. I am using a bit slower powder in the 300 WSM and 180's [Suggest IMR 4831, Reloder 19
or 22, Norma MRP, Superformance, etc] Dave.

Hmm the bergers have been stunning for me so far. So far they do what they say they do on 5 animals. They pretty much explode and liquify everything in the ribcage. Same with the eldx which would be my next choice. Both seem to really eliminate animals running at all after getting shot. What would you recommend otherwise?

In my Browning 300 wsm A Bolt shooting many brands of 180 grain bullets I have tried H4350, W414 I think it was called. Imr4831, Ramshot Hunter, RL22 and RL17. Of all of the above RL22 & RL17 gave me the best accuracy and speeds. All of the other powders except Ramshot Hunter gave me high pressure way before I expected it.

Those ultra-fragile bullets kill like lightning when they do not have to penetrate any big bone, but they lack penetration if they encounter resistance.
So as long as you are willing to pass on any shot that may not be ideal, they will serve you OK.

Bullets actually designed for hunting are the Accubonds, Interbonds, Partitions, A-Frames, Scirocco IIs[high BC] Any of these will get to the vitals of
an Elk or Moose from any sane angle, and will always do what they were designed to do - kill game decisively. Dave.
