Surplus is inherently corrosive.

If you want something like it but non corrosive best I can think of is Barnaul or Norinco brand ammo not the surplus spam can crate stuff but their small boxed brand stuff it’s non corrosive steel cased copper washed so similar to surplus priced inbtweeen surplus corrosive and brass cased expensive ammo. I’m sure if you shopped around you can find bulk sales on the brand Norinco stuff or Barnaul

The Norinco 20 packs are priced well but some websites say its corrosive and others non-corrosive. Might just pay a a bit more for the Barnaul.

MFS is another "cheaper" non corrosive round that I have had good success with for 54R
