I will be sending my RPAL application in the near future and was wondering if there is any advantage in submitting my RPAL in french or english? I speak fluently both so I don't care much either way. I'm asking since in the past I've had very different speed of response / processing time with various government agencies depending on the language I used.
For instance calling Customs Canada on the french line will get you nowhere while english line is picked up immediately. Sometimes with other orgs it's reversed because there are dedicated french-speaking agents and french getting a smaller volume of calls, you get faster service.
Any clue?
