Hey folks ......
I finally got around to taking some pics of various finds I made at gun shows in the last few months. It got me thinking about a comment a friend of mine at our local club made recently. He said that there aren't many decent pieces at the gun shows here in Ontario lately and what there is, has ridiculously high prices. I have to say that he's right about one thing, that there aren't dozens of quality collector milsurps falling off tables, but I've found some real quality pieces with super prices at the last 5-6 shows.
Here's two of them.......
1909 Argentine (7.65 x 53) Cavalry Carbine (Mfg in 1910 by Deutsche Waffen und Munitions Fabriken, Berlin)
"All Matching"

1909 Argentine (7.65 x 53) Rifle (Mfg in 1910 by Deutsche Waffen und Munitions Fabriken, Berlin)
"All Matching right down to the cleaning rod"

So, I'd sure like to see some pics of your best finds in the last six months, or do you agree with my friend that the supply of good pieces is drying up?
Regards,
Badger
BTW: A Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to everyone on CGN.
