I know it's probly costly, impractical and other thing I can't think of at the moment,but...

Is there anyone here who works with CAD software, and can design and build a stock adaptor so I can run a AK underfolder on my AR with a pistol buffer tube?

It certainly may be possible as long as the underfolder stays clear of anything on the lower (as I'm assuming you want it to actually be able to fold).

With that said; considering my USC45 stock block was 300+ bucks to get custom made (and it was likely similar or more machining operations as what you'd need), I cant see that your project will be any cheaper than something like the NEA/Troy PDW type stocks.

If it's just something you want to do 'just because' I'm sure someone will be able to help out (I don't really have the time right now; and I'd need all the dimensions of the underfolder anyways)
