Any canadian gunsmiths place can do this ? (Custom mossberg 590A1)

Hello everyone. I recently found the exact shotgun that I would like, unfortunately, it's from a gunsmith in Las Vegas and they don't ship to Canada.

Basically a 14" barrel with ports, magpul, vcs safety, optic ready.
I looked around a little bit and so far I have no luck finding a canadian retailer/gunsmith that could do something like that.
I was hoping someone here know a place that could make this order.

I actually contacted them already. But they can't dp the barrel mod on chrome barrels.

I don't know, I guess there are some if they pointed out that they can't do it.
