Any CGN vendors carry the D fender oring upgrade?

I don't know if any on up here does but brownels does:

If you need to spend $12 on that D-ring I bet there's something else wrong with your extractor or your bolt. BCM spring kit has the crane o-ring, the spring and the black insert for $5 and I don't see why that won't fix the problem.
 
apparently, its not the shape, as much as the composition of the ring itself, and the very harsh conditions it lives in. He went on to say that this is not intended to fix an existing problem, but to prevent one from happening. I read that part of that chapter last week, so I cannot remember exactly what was said, but I do remember him saying not to use hardware store O-rings.
