Any CZ P-07 owners/fans here?

First up, I'm a big CZ fan; and while I don't have one the range I RO at on weekends does. All the things that make the CZ75 great apply to the P07 as well. Nice SA trigger, decent sights, great CZ ergos, quite accurate, very reasonably priced, and reliable as all get out. I'd through a spring kit in it, add a FO front sight and then shoot the dejesus out of it. If ccw were legal one of these would be high on my list. Until then I'll stick with my Nick King tuned Shadow; awesome!

I kinda want both of them AND an M&P 9mm. The range and carry kit and need for a longer barrel on the P-07/FNP kinda steers me towards the M&P, but nice pics might entice me ;)

Nick is a great guy; P-07 isn't a great gun thou.

I know we are in Kanata, but PCR, P-01 or P-06 are much better guns in THAT category. I'd change trigger on PCR and that would be IT.

As far as 9mm vs .45 goes -- if you can place FIRST bullet where you want it to be in less than 1.5sec (my best time ever is 0.98sec) - go with .40, be it 10mm or .40S&W.

When I first bought mine it felt like there was a ton of sand in the trigger a good cleaning and a 1000 rounds and she smoothed out to the point it feels just like a 75 omega. However Owning an omega,preB75,p7Duty,85 in 40,and the shadow I seem to stick to the shadow or the 85.The others are safe queens unfortunately

P07 has a safety but I understand you can get a de-ckocker kit for it. Not sue if they are available in .40.

Given the choice of one, which would you prefer, and why (mostly ergonomics).
Both are small guns, CZ is even smaller - it really is a compact gun! Original barrel length is 3.8" (where Glock 19/23, FNP9 are 4" so P-07 is even smaller!). People who always ask whats the smallest restricted should strongly consider the P-07! I like the look of FNP better - it looks quite badass, but one thing I'm still getting used to is the high bore axis. CZ doesn't have that 'issue'. The grip is definitely smaller on the CZ. But both grips feel good in my hand but everyone would have their own preference; if you have small hands go with CZ, if larger FNP might fit better. I'm trying to like FNP more because I paid more for it :p but CZ is really growing on me. I will try to post pics of both gun early next week

As promised here are the pic.
