Any dealers have a brand new steyr m9a1 for sale?

Good luck, the Ms require a custom length barrel and considering how long it took for their first batch to sell, I don`t think Steyr will be doing it again. Though I think there`s still some new M40A1s kicking about; it`s the best .40 you can get IMO.

Just be ever vigilant on the EE, some very good condition and even unfired M9A1s show up on occasion for reasonable prices. It`s where I got mine. (After searching far and wide for a dealer, much like you, I imagine.)

Yes I've seen a few dealers with both those guns but I have my heart set on the M9A1.

I like the trapezoid sights and prefer it to be a 9mm.
 
Hey perception, have they solved the FTE problem on the M series? I remember hearing a few horror stories. Don't know if you've looked it up but that's why I mentioned the upgraded ones on the EE the other day.

I was told the new ones wouldn't have the same issues and the batch that I've read about in all the forums here.

But even if it did I wouldn't mind fixing it just so that I could have a newer one.

Wanstalls just told me they can't get the m9 anymore and that their order got changed by steyr to all L9s.

I'm just waiting to hear back from p&d if he's positive if he will be getting the m9. If not I'll take one of the used ones on here.
