You've got everything right except the last item. The flash hider is not a modified FAL one , it was machined by myself. Just for the record.

The rifle above is a SVT40, with a Romak PSL magazine, custom steel cover the bottom and sides of the receiver, a PSL stock, custom front wood, a AK47 receiver cover (trimmed for length), POSP side mount scope and a FAL flash hider worked into the standard front muzzle brake.

Found a source for the furniture already, not sure if I need/want the different receiver cover, probably prohibited anyway, the side plates are easy to manufacture. I don't like flash hiders anyway.

Non-restricted... SVD is not AK, Berkut is step aside from SVD... so RCMP couldn't prove it was AK in any way...
