Any end in sight to US 9/11 rules to bring back ammo to Canada?

Anyone foresee the US 9/11 rules changing so we can bring back ammo to Canada again?

You cant bring bullets back from the USA.. to feed to the infidels who wish to bring terror to America..
On the other hand, prolly 90 % of ammo sold in Canada is American made.

The current rules were in place something like 10 years before Sept. 11, the events of that day had nothing to do with them. Enforcement is more rigorous now, but the rules were already there.

I don't think anyone down there sees a reason to lift them, distributors can still export all the ammo they want to, so it's not like the ammo companies are losing business over it.

Uh more like twenty years before and even then regulations were beefed up after the Cold War started.
