A while ago (October?) I bought some .303 milsurp. It is labeled "C.I.A." with an arrowhead inside a big "C." It came in brown boxes of "48 cartridges .303 INCH MK 7Z 1951."

Is this stuff safe to fire? Corrosive? Accurate?

C, broadarrow is Canadian proofmark/acceptance mark.
MK 7Z means 7th version, Z means nitrocellulose powder, not Cordite.
Canadian ammo is generally not corrosive, but err on the side of caution. Flush it out!
