Any experience with Ammo Reloading Shop

I have been looking for Vihtavuori powder online. There is a company called Ammo Reloading Shop, who says they ship from Canada. As I navigate through their web pages, messages keep appearing “ powder bought in Mexico” or “primers bought in India” or “ammunition in Paris, France”, etc
I went as far as putting powder in my basket, went to check out, but was not asked for my PAL??? They may ask for that info after I submitted payment, but……..
I am a bit leery to buy from a company that says it ships from Canada, but appears to be doing world wide business. Does anyone have any experience with them?

When I look at the addresses on Google Maps the area is residential and a field and a church. I think this might be a scam website.
