Any experience with RRS BH-40?

I have come across a used BH-40 at a decent price. I much as I would love an Anvil-30 I cannot justify paying almost $700 for one. The weight rating has me concerned. I do run a 16 lbs rifle. Anyone use one a BH-40 for shooting?

I don't think you'd have any issues with the BH-40.

I used a BH-55 before I got an Anvil, and it was extreme overkill.
