Any good coyote hunting places in the WMU-2 in BC

I wonder this as well. They definitely have heavy populations in region 2, but curious if there's a good spot to set up and hunt them.

If you’re allowed to hunt/discharge a firearm, it’s a good spot to set up for coyotes. Obviously you need appropriate wind & cover etc but you just gotta set up and call. Never know what you’ll get into.

We have a lot of coyotes in the Rosedale area 10 minutes east of Chilliwack( Annis Rd area), at least a couple of packs in the fields around my home, I see or at the very least hear them every day. I have no doubt some of the local farmers would give you permission to hunt their land. I think your biggest problem out here will be finding a safe shooting area, lots of flat fields with homes and farm buildings within shot distance if you miss, but the opportunity to hunt them is definitely doable with some legwork.

Good call mentioning homes and farm buildings . I used to hunt on a friends farm many years ago . ground hogs . I loaded Hornady SX bullets . stands for super explosive . I loaded those so forbid I missed and the bullet hit a rock it would disintegrate instead of ricochet .
