Any idea what this weapon is

It seems to draw some inspiration from Soviet anti-tank rifles, PTRD and PTRS, if nothing else...

That drawing of the PTRD is a bit wonky.
The cheekpiece should be on the left/port side.
The plate that forces the bolt open upon recoil should be on the right side
The little hook at the rear of the receiver is the end of the firing pin. It is correct, but there is no bolt handle shown.

In your last photo, the gun on the right is a PTRD. The action is open and the bolt handle has ridden up the plate to force the action open.

Yah, I noticed that too. The artist seems to have "inversed" a number of features: the cheekpiece, the carry handle, and maybe the bolt handle (hence not being able to see it). I just pulled some stuff off Google Images quickly to show that, whoever put that thing together, if they are not drawing inspiration from the PTRD-41, I would be really surprised. They probably should have had the inspiration to put some sights on it, but beyond that, it seems to be a home made PTRD-41.

This is a real one:

Look at the shear length of the PTRS (on the top). Good God. It is supposed to be 2100mm or 83 inches long (6'11"), with a a 47" (almost a full 4 feet) of barrel and weigning in at 46 pounds. Must have been a fun job, carrying around the metal equivalent of Manute Bol for the Soviet Motherland.

That is why the PTRS comes apart.
That is a fine collection someone has!

I just have one lowly PTRD.

In the images that were coming up on Google images, there was one that show the "action" part of the PTRS-41 to be almost the size of an SKS (M59/66). A gun suitable for Chewbacca I think, or at least a burly Borscht eater.

The collection photo there is from the Canadian Milsurp site. It might belong to someone you know, Dean.

i handled a ptrs at a local gun store years ago and it was big. I wonder what happened to it. Was really cheap but ammo was next to impossible at the time
