I would like to move my optics back over my dust cover and yesterday I found this video with an interesting side optic mount that mounted the optic very low over the dust cover.

Does anyone know who makes it?

Judging by the logo I'd say Antonin Zendl in the Czech Republic I think. Try searching with that or gun expert, which is in English.
