I guess the title says it all. I'm curious if there are people out there that are interested in shooting this piece of history? I have heard that Silverdale rents out a .50BMG rifle for $150.00 for five rounds. I was planning on doing the same thing. I can bring it to your gun club as long as its in the central Ontario area and you can discharge .50BMG at your range. If out of the area, arrangements can be made.

I have restored a 1943 Inglis MkI Boys Anti Tank Rifle. It has taken me over 10 years to get up and running. A M2 Browning barrel was used as the donor barrel and 30 pounds were shed to get the proper profile, the magazine was also discretely modified for the 0.100" length increase of the .50BMG round. This example has the large five hole harmonica brake, offset carry handle and the two position bi pod. As far as I have seen on the internet, this variant is the second rarest Boys, the rarest would be the para variant. I have been able to shoot a closed fist grouping at 100 meters.

I think Silverdale charges $15./rnd of 50BMG on the bolt action rifle they got there. Not $150/5rnds unless they increased the rate for this season.
