The part that is sticking out isn't the magazine, but the barrel. The magazine tube in on top, the barrel at the bottom.

The full wood stocked version is availiable in Canada for far less than that. How.much does a.pistol grip.cost and plastic.forend cost vs full wood

Where are these $800 semi AA-12s, do you mean Saiga 12s or "AR-12s"?

I'll say again that I'm a little disappointed with the price, but after some more consideration I realize that its still well in line with other tactical specialty shotguns like the UTS-15, MAG-7, Neostead, Devastator and probably the KSG as well.
