Any IWI 5.56 ammo coming to Canada?

Just wondering if there is anything in the works / on the books for bringing IWI 5.56 ammo into Canada.

Certainly this stuff would be in anyone's top three choices of 5.56, and I understand that everything is good / in place / legal for the importation of this great ammunition - so is there any chance?

Just wondering ....

Hummm - well 'not sure about that ...

Better ? - the brass? The propellant? The bullet?
The IWI I was fortunate enough to try looked pretty, burned clean, and grouped like a friggin' laser.

Cheaper ? - well, I'll let you check out the current prices for yourself.

Easier to find ??! - Hummm - well if you discount Norinco from this discussion (remember I previously mentioned 'top three picks') that would leave you the precious few Federal/ Lake City cans that Gagnon Sports had a few weeks ago, and/or the elusive PMC shipment that all the stores have been waiting for these last few months.

No my young friend - this is clean, accurate, hot ammo that a lot of us would like to get our mitts on!
 
I've had the chance to do some testing with this ammo, normal factory produced one, for the small arms replacement project.
all i can say is if anyone would import and sell it in canada, I would be one of the first to buy a few cases....this ammo is really exceptional.
A close second is the PMC 62g that no one seem to be able to get in anymore, my only regret is not to have bought more when that one was available.
 
Yep - I'm waiting for the PMC X--TAC too ...

I've got 2 two cases of the 55gr X-TAC and it's pretty stuff - gonna jump on the 62gr Green Tip when it arrives.

Ah politics. I'm so glad this forum isn't about them.

I'll continue to use my fobus holsters, Fab-defense gear, and shoot the #### out of my Tavor and Jericho thank you.

If IWI bulk 5.56 was available: hells yes I would buy it.

as far as i am concerned....good military product usually come from some pretty bad places....where they can actually test the stuff on a daily basis.
PMC is korean.....not the north part....but still korea, and it`s some fine ammo, not too sure about Hyunday and Kia for a car...thats an other subject.
build good things and I will buy it....pretty much from no matter where it comes.
 
Before the ammo scramble IWI was pretty common place in the US. Why is it so hard to get here? I'm not sure why PMC X TAC is considered a tactical round it has a massive muzzle flash. Not a true greentip either. Not even close to LC.

I am not Jew nor do I have any Jew relatives, but if not for the courage & sacrifices made by 'Israel' the world would've been overrun by 'Islamists' & we all be following 'Shria'.
Now, politics aside as far as the quality of their product goes my understanding is that they are good to very good quality and their companies are fair to deal with quite contrary to the commie states & their products we are crazy about.
