they were hard to find BEFORE all this started, good luck now!
I know Rampart had some 40's but I think they stopped selling when all this came down.
that and you also need to be LEO/Military to order from them.

You should contact IRG and see if they can bring one in for you if you're really keen. Not sure how swamped they are with requests in these times but I got them to bring me in a Sig P226 Legion a few years back for quite a bit cheaper than out-of-stock Canadian stores were selling them for.
