No, Norinco can't sell to the US anymore. Sanctions tend to just happen when you attempt to sell MANPADS to street gangs. What you see online are pre-ban items.

The ban stopped all Chinese guns from being aloud to be brought in to the USA except shotguns. Chinese shotguns are still and have always been aloud in to the USA. IAC sells them like hot cakes. The demand in the USA for the 1887 and 1897 is amazing.

Shotguns are not regulated like other firearms when it comes to importation and exportations in the USA... Shotguns are the only Chinese made firearms that can be imported in the USA as far as I know...
