Any One Know Anything About a Alger Arms Double Barrel Shotguns?

Picked up some unwanted firearms and one of them is a Alger Arms Double Barrel 12ga. I believe it's a old black power shotgun.

Check the proof marks on the underside of the barrels and on the barrel flats.
I think that you will find that it is a low cost Belgian gun made for catalogue sales.
Clear pictures would help, of course.
