I wonder how these guys still in buisness. Been trying to get a hold of someone there for numerous days now. Calling, Emailing etc. With one reply stating we will get back to you soon!

I'm pretty much done dealing with these guys.. still have yet been contacted back.

well this is not going to end well....
as i have told you before, we oversold by a few units, your answer to us of " well sounds like someones else is sh*t out of luck and not me"
if not going to get you anywhere.
we simply only have so many units, and we are selling off at a loss. a loss of aprox $30k
Not including a year of my life.
I,m sorry this happend, but you need to let it go

For the rest, all transfers have been started, other then one, as the cfo cant find the ser #...
that we will fix on monday

Your business model sucks.. it's pretty sad you to have complain and complain to get a response. You have lost my business forever and I will never recommend you to anyone. As for the oversold units I have an invoice stating that I had gotten one. It's also pretty sad you didn't offer me another item as you did to other customers. Hence why I was trying to contact you to go over details. I do plan on making a complaint to the BBB. it will just add to the other complaints you have against you. Any other questions feel free to get back to me.. oh yea my bad I forgot you guys don't have proper customer service to get back to anyone.
