Any one used Bushmaster Spotting Scope

I need a Spotting Scope for a Maximim Range of 100 yards.
I saw this at Canadian Tire for $99.
Have anyone used it and is it worth the Job / Price. Give your thoughts some words here.

I bought one when they were on sale for $49 and it seems satisfactory for 100 yard rimfire shooting. I believe there's one in the EE right now for somewhat less than $99.
