any receipes to replicate the match loads?

Folks have been talking long about the receipes that replicate the Lake city 118, Federal Gold match or Black hills Match.... all in 308 of course.

Any of you guys has info on these?
Any info on the actual velocity of these rounds, powders, primers.... are they crimped, do they use sealants for primers and/or bullets?
