I've got my Remington 870 18" and I've been itchin to make it a bit more tacticool.
Anybody here have any suggestions on a good quality Top-folding stock? Pictures of yours?
If I were to go with a top folder it would probably be the Knoxx Copstock:
The recoil reduction is supposed to be pretty good, and can't go wrong with Knoxx if you want 'tacti-cool'.
The others I'm aware of are the ATI and Choate. The ATI is much cheaper and holds extra rounds underneath, but made of plastic; the Choate is closer in price to the Knoxx I think, all-steel construction, but is pretty fugly.
I've also heard good things about the Knoxx Copstock, havn't used it myself though so I cannot say first hand, but that would be what I would get myself if I were to get a top folder.
Knoxx copstock times a million! Ive got one, I love it! Works awesome, but you have to make sure when you fold it into the pistol grip mode that it's down over the receiver all the way so the shells don't get caught ejecting. (in my picture it is not and the shells would get caught) The recoil reduction is pretty good actually, its a lot more comfortable than it looks.
