I liked it so much that I sold my Glock 17 and made the P320 my new IPSC production gun. I'm still waiting for magazines and a large grip module to catch up with me from MD Charleton. I find the Full Medium that comes with the gun to be decent, but I have large hands with long fingers and I needed something bigger. I kind of wish the grip had a more aggressive texture, but I do prefer the lack of finger grooves over the Glock. I may end up changing the sights down the road - I like that it takes standard 226 sights, which gives me a lot of options.
Out of the box, i shoot my P320 better than I shot my G17 with a minus connector. The higher bore axis doesn't bother me, and I prefer the P320 for IPSC because I had a tendency to override the slide stop on my Glock, preventing the slide from locking open. The P320's slide stop is in a better position (for me) and it just works better and feels better in my hands. I find mine shoots about 1.5" high at 10yds, but that's acceptable to me. I've put ~500 rounds through the gun, and the rental P320 at the range I work at has seen about ~1500 rounds so far without any issues with either gun.
