Any smith in GTA willing to 14-1 LH an SKS muzzle?

Hi gang.
I'm working on a SKS Bubba project and have already removed the front sight assembly.
I'd like to have it cut down to 18.7" and threaded to take AK muzzle brakes and such.
I just need the cut and thread. I have a 0 degree crowning tool.
Wonder if there is someone in the Toronto to Owen Sound area that likes to do this work.

You could thread the muzzle your self.
