yeah, i know its pretty tough to find right now, and maybe this questions has been beat to death already. (i'm a noob to this site, but didin't find any recent threads on the topic) but does anyone know where a guy can find any?
 
I wish you luck in your endeavors for surplus ammo. Anytime there's a good deal on ammo people have a tendency to horde it all up and make it disappear in a matter of days to weeks.

Put it this way, demand is far higher than supply.
 
You will have to start feeding your monster .308 Win and take up reloading & hoarde surplus when you encounter any.

yeah i was afraid that this would be the case. (no cheap ammo) why couldn't i have any inexpensive hobbies? oh well. its only money.
 
there was that rumoured 299 a case stuff coming but...... it's not looking good i hear.....especially since the going rate is 700 ish
 
Best bet is to check out the 'ammo exchange' a couple of times a day on CGN, when it goes up for sale it is usually gone in a matter of minutes......

I stockpiled mine when it was 395 a case. Not everyone was awake back then...:p

If anyone thinks that surplus will drop any time soon had better go back to sleep.
 
I have some SA ' Surp and am curious to see how my 700P likes it before I buy anymore, If anyone finds portugese 762(308) I would advise them to buy as much as they can, it is tack driving ammo:)
 
milarm has some i believe but its to much for my blood for surplus ammo, i believe a couple of others do to but same asking to much for surplus:(
