Wondered if any of us might be Custom SA 1911 owners. Like the "Distinguished Classic".
Have you been happy? Or, have there been issues galore? Are they using only tool steel parts (no MIM). Reliable? Accurate? How long have you owned yours?
I ask partly because some of the others commented on how they found out their SA 1911's had "glued in parts". Not the TRP I don't recall. Was the More entry models series...Not the Vickers. Not the Ronin. The Mil? Sounded like a joke...glued-in? in a gun?? Mentioned a missing hole for the plunger...
