Just got back from doing some groceries and was surprised to see this :)

Because I prefer to roll my own I was wondering what would work best? Fast or slow burn rate, flake, ball or stick?

I want to start using fresh? leaves. Especially for white and green tea.
Want to stave off dementia? Drink green tea. How are you diffusing the leaves? I'm clueless.

This just refers to the physical shape of the tea leaves. They have been rolled into pellets, in china it is called pearl tea. Although if you make it strong enough it could be explosive in the effects.

Wikipedia
Gunpowder tea is a form of Chinese tea in which each leaf has been rolled into a small round pellet. Its English name comes from its resemblance to grains of gunpowder. This rolling method of shaping tea is most often applied either to dried green tea or oolong tea.

So it is a Chinese form of cordite tea with a high nitroglycerine content to prevent chest pain when reloading.
