So far I have seen three up for sale on the EE, all for almost new price and only shot a few rounds of trap  and a couple for slae at the dealers. Anybody actually shoot one for a while? They are a Turkish gun and the American version, the Tristar, is not well regarded on the American trap forums although there is a group of owners that swear by them. I'm tempted to buy one to throw on my growing pile of trap guns but I don't want to be chasing parts this time next year.

No, I still haven't found enough good things said about them. I've yet to find anyone who's shot one for 10000 rounds. The used ones are selling "like new" for too much money and I can't bring myself to buy a new one. Light primer strikes is one of the things I hear and a guy I shoot with has a Tristar unsingle that will do that. Apparently there is a "fix". I don't know what it is.

There's reasons why Turkish O/U are cheap... lots of cast and MIM parts to cut down the cost. Doubt you'll find any that will last 10k rounds without major rework.

Every tristar that comes out on my local skeet field has had issues. Mine has had so many issues i cant bring myself to sell it. Its been a lesson in gunsmithing for me.
