any Tri-Rail mount adapter for CZ 452 ???

today I just bought a cz 452 Ameircan from wholesale, very nice rifle except the scope rails. I prefer the Picatinny rail.

I saw some pic about cz 452 with tri-rail mount, but it seems need a gunsimth. I just want to know is there any Tri-Rail mount adapter for CZ 452 ??? Thanks.

thank you dude, looks good and not so high. but it seems needs make holes on the receiver, right?
