I'm looking to buy a bunny gun and this is the cheapist one I can find. Can anyone tell me of any trouble they had with this gun. I think $140 + tax and shipping from SIR is a pretty good deal

I got one too, it's a great gun, very accurate out of the box. One excellent
feature I find bolt stays open after the last round. Extra mags are cheap too.
If you're using a scope make sure to get good scope mount, the recoil would
shift the scope. Mine gone thru thousands of rounds in a few months already
and never give any problem. I tweaked the trigger spring a bit, soon I'd like
to make a thumbhole stock for it with Dark American Walnut.

marlin 795

for the money it is the best deal around Marlin accuracy and reliability and the last shot bolt hold open is nice.even though i have 10 10-22s it is what i carry on my atv.

Also have a 795....best .22 for the money IMO. Topped my off with a Bushnell 3x9-32 and an extra mag. Last year was my first year with it and shot way too much ammo though it between cleanings (got into some pretty heavy populated gopher patches) but still functioned flawlessly.

Also, this rifle is super light; you can carry it all day with no problems. Mine likes Super-X's the best.
