Gun shows, occasionally someone has some to sell, I would put a want to buy add up in the EE.
Otherwise your likely going to be limited to what you manufacture yourself. Brass I have heard works for making the 7.62x45 is 6.5 Carcano, 6.5 Mannlicher-Schreoder, and 220 Swift.
If you google it you can find tons of threads on other boards on how to manufacture the brass, but it is a pain to do.
If you want to shoot that rifle even remotely close to regularly, I highly recommend reloading if you don't already.
