Any VZ 52/57 with sidemount for scope?

Anyone with such a bird? I need close ups of the gizmo and, if possible, some dimensions (thickness, length, how many screw holes, etc...).
Did the Czechs issue dedicated optics for their weapons or did they use ComBloc ones? Were the mounts proprietary or did they conform to a ComBloc standard?
I know Meopta is a well-known Czech optical manufacturer but, anyway...

a freind of mine has a 52/57 with a scope mount on it. he says that it was put on by a german gunsmith that he bought the rifle from in the 70's. "very profesionally welded to the frame" he is on holidays for about 2 more weeks, so if you get back to me about then i'll get you an e-mail address. any spare magazines for sale? sure do like my 52/57..
